
State Chamber Names Hilliary Chair, Announces New Board Members
OKLAHOMA CITY (July 13, 2026) – The State Chamber of Oklahoma announced Dustin Hilliary, co-CEO of Hilliary Communications, as the new chair of its Board of Directors and welcomed three new members to the board.
Hilliary leads Hilliary Communications, a family-owned broadband and telecommunications company serving customers across Oklahoma, Texas, and Iowa. Hilliary has served on The State Chamber Board of Directors and Executive Committee, including as chair-elect and political affairs chair.
“Dustin Hilliary brings the kind of leadership Oklahoma needs at a moment when our state has real momentum and real opportunity,” said Chad Warmington, president and CEO of The State Chamber. “He understands what it takes to grow a business, invest in communities, build a strong workforce, and compete in a changing economy. His experience, energy, and commitment to Oklahoma will serve The State Chamber and our members well as chair.”
Hilliary succeeds fellow OU Regent, Rick Nagel, managing partner and CEO of Acorn Capital Management, who will continue serving on the Executive Committee as immediate past chair.
The State Chamber also announced its updated officer slate:

- Vice Chair: Scott Eisenhauer, general manager, P&K Equipment
- Secretary: Seth Cavin, founding principal and owner, Spur Design
- Treasurer: Carl Gibson, director and manager, Lisball Cavan, LLC
- Immediate Past Chair: Rick Nagel, managing partner and CEO, Acorn Capital Management
