ABOUT CHAMBERCARE
ChamberCare represents a distinctive self-funded healthcare option brought to you by The State Chamber of Oklahoma and administered by Allied, utilizing the extensive Aetna Signature Administrators Network. This plan is designed as a multiple employer welfare arrangement, backed by stop-loss coverage, and officially registered with the Oklahoma Department of Insurance. It operates under the governance of Trustees and By-Laws, fully compliant with DOI requirements.
ChamberCare is exclusively available to small employers who have a minimum of two individuals enrolled in their medical plan, with no more than 50 total employees. To qualify, employers must also be in good standing as members of a Chamber of Commerce authorized to offer ChamberCare.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are the eligibility requirements for ChamberCare?
For your business to be eligible to participate in ChamberCare, you must:
- Have at least two eligible employees enrolled and participation of 50% in your medical plan, and no more than 50 total employees.
- Be domiciled in Oklahoma
- Be in good standing with the State Chamber of Oklahoma or your local participating chamber that satisfies the Oklahoma Department of Insurance requirements
Full time means they must be a W-2 employee and work at least 30 hours per week.
You do not need to be a chamber member in order to receive a quote. We encourage you to contact a broker for a quote before submitting a membership application.
How does the Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement (MEWA) model benefit small business employers?
The MEWA model allows small business employers to join together in a self-funded pool to share in the overall claims risk.
Do these health coverage plans include dental and vision benefits?
The ChamberCare Oklahoma MEWA only offers medical coverage. Your agent will be able to help you find a suitable solution for additional coverage needs.
Does ChamberCare offer a Health Savings Account (HSA)?
The ChamberCare Oklahoma benefit offerings include three high deductible health plans that are compatible with an HSA. There is no banking attached. You are able to keep your current banking in place.
Am I eligible for ChamberCare if I have offices outside the state of Oklahoma?
If the business is headquartered in Oklahoma and meets eligibility criteria as an eligible business, out-of-state offices and employees are also eligible for the ChamberCare Plan.
Is ChamberCare available on any health network?
ChamberCare Oklahoma has partnered with Aetna and offers the Aetna Signature Administrators (ASA) national network. You can check for provider participation at www.aetna.com/asa.
