State Chamber welcomes INTEGRIS Health agreement to join Risant Health

OKLAHOMA CITY — The State Chamber of Oklahoma today welcomed INTEGRIS Health’s agreement to join Risant Health, citing the opportunity to strengthen Oklahoma’s health care system, support a healthier workforce, and expand access to quality, affordable care.

State Chamber President and CEO Chad Warmington issued the following statement:

“Today’s announcement of the partnership between INTEGRIS Health and Risant Health represents a tremendous opportunity for Oklahoma. What makes this partnership particularly exciting is the opportunity to preserve INTEGRIS Health’s Oklahoma identity, leadership, and deep community roots while gaining access to the capital, innovation, technology, and resources of a nationally scaled nonprofit health care organization.

“For Oklahoma, that combination has the potential to be transformative. A healthier workforce, better health outcomes, and greater access to quality, affordable care are all essential to making Oklahoma more competitive. We’re excited about what this partnership could mean for our state and optimistic that it will help deliver meaningful, lasting improvements in the health and well-being of Oklahomans.”

The proposed transaction remains subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027. Health system leaders said INTEGRIS would retain its name, Oklahoma headquarters, and leadership, with no layoffs resulting from the transaction.
