Legislators Take Home Pro-Growth Report Cards

OKLAHOMA CITY (July 9, 2025) – The newly released Prosperity Tracker Legislative Scorecard shows Oklahoma Lawmakers scored decidedly “pro-growth” on bills that effect Oklahoma’s overall economy during this year’s session.

The State Chamber is encouraged by the voting records and actions among some of our state’s senators and representatives, receiving an overall 73% pro-growth score. The seven lawmakers below had a perfect 100% score on the Legislative Scorecard in 2025, supporting bills that will lead to a more business-friendly environment for Oklahoma businesses and opposing those that are not pro-growth.

  • Rep. Mike Osburn
  • Rep. Tammy West
  • Sen. Christi Gillespie
  • Sen. John Haste
  • Sen. Spencer Kern
  • Pro Tem Lonnie Paxton
  • Sen. Aaron Reinhardt

Thirty-eight legislators received scores of 90% or better on this year’s RIED Report, receiving an “A” grade.

“This session was a success story for the Oklahoma business community. These victories wouldn’t happen without support and commitment from lawmakers that see the value in pro-growth policy,” said Emily Crouch, SVP Government Affairs, The State Chamber. “We know these hardworking men and women are set to provide key leadership in the coming years to grow Oklahoma’s economy and truly make our state the best in the nation. We think the 2025 Scorecard, with the reimagined scoring system, gives a clearer picture on exactly which lawmakers are truly looking out for the best interest and advancement of Oklahoma’s economy.”

The Prosperity Tracker (formerly the RIED Report) is an app that gives Oklahomans a new tool for tracking pro-growth voting of state legislators and vital economic statistics for Oklahoma’s growth. The Legislative Scorecard, within the app, evaluates and grades each state legislator’s individual voting record and actions on bills that impact business, industry, job creation, and economic growth at the end of each legislative session.
