Keynote Panel:
The landscape of college athletics has been transformed. Name, image, and likeness (NIL) rights and the transfer portal have fundamentally changed how universities recruit, retain, and develop athletic talent. But beyond sports, these shifts reflect something deeper: a new reality in how institutions must compete for students, resources, attention, and impact.
Join OU President Joseph Harroz Jr., Athletics Director Joe Castiglione, and OU Softball Head Coach Patty Gasso in a conversation moderated by State Chamber incoming chair and OU Regent Rick Nagel as they share how the University of Oklahoma is navigating this transformation with clarity, agility, and purpose—and what that tells us about the mindset Oklahoma must adopt to compete on a national stage.
