Employers in Action

Issues impacting employers of all industries and sizes continue to gain attention each year, ranging from minimum wage increases to ballooning health care costs. We need your help to make the business community an effective voice at the State Capitol.

The demand for employer’s involvement is needed now more than ever.

Employers in Action, a coalition of HR and employment professionals led by The State Chamber, will provide you the opportunity to interact with elected officials and keep you up to date on the latest issues impacting your bottom line. As a member of the non-partisan coalition, we need your expertise and real-world experience to ensure policies introduced at the State Capitol help instead of harm your business.

GET INVOLVED!

We know you have a business to run – so we want to make this easy to stay engaged. During the fall season of each year, we host events with opportunities to connect with elected officials on issues impacting your business. These events provide you the perfect opportunity to connect with other employers in your area, learn about issues impacting business, and discuss policy affecting your bottom line.

Although the fall 2024 EIA program series has concluded, stay tuned for more opportunities to connect with our fall 2025 program series! If you are interested in hosting a luncheon in your part of the state in 2025, please contact Erin Hennessy.
