This plan is designed as a multiple employer welfare arrangement, backed by stop-loss coverage, and officially registered with the Oklahoma Department of Insurance. It operates under the governance of Trustees and By-Laws, fully compliant with DOI requirements.
ChamberCare is exclusively available to small employers who have a minimum of two individuals enrolled in their medical plan, with no more than 50 total employees. To qualify, employers must also be in good standing as members of a partner organization authorized to offer ChamberCare.
